MEETING GUIDELINES
WHEN ATTENDING THE TELECONFERENCE:
- USE THE ‘MUTE’ BUTTON on your phone and/or computer to limit background noises. There will be a warning before the host will mute you.
- Identify yourself each time you begin to speak so everyone knows who has the floor as well as notetaking purposes.
- Stick to the topics on the agenda (AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE or EMAIL for a copy in advance). Stay focused and be respectful for other’s time.
- Try not to interrupt. The President will ask if there are any questions or comments. Wait for one person to finish before speaking. USE THE “RAISE YOUR HAND” ICON ON GOOGLE MEET.
- VOTING/MOTION PROCEDURE: Speak for your name, MOTION, SECOND, IN FAVOR, OPPOSED, or ABSTENTION.
WHEN ATTENDING IN-PERSON:
- WEAR YOUR MASK AT ALL TIME
- SOCIAL DISTANCE – 6 FT APART
- WASH YOUR HANDS
- GATHERING WITH FULLY VACCINATED PERSONS
